Tomato N' Cheese Platter
Ingredients
1/2 bar cream cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh or dried basil leaves
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus
3 4 pieces sliced salad tomatoes, seeded, chilled
1 teaspoon Chinese black vinegar
lettuce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup grated cheese

Procedure
1.Soften cream cheese and blend with olive oil, cheese, sugar, and basil leaves. Mix very well. Sprinkle AJI-SHIO Pepper Plus and continue mixing.
2.Fill up the emptied spaces of tomatoes with cream cheese mixture.
3.Drizzle vinegar all over filled tomatoes before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
